Moved from Chicago a couple of years ago and really missed the upscale retail experience. Nordstrom is nice, but the service is too impersonal, and there is too much turnover with stylists from my experience. So for a while, I was just ordering nearly everything from Bergdorf (but returns can be pretty slow). Excited to shop more at Marios in the future after three visits! (Once I lose a bit more of that COVID weight.) Love the curation. Staff interactions have been very positive. Really appreciate being able to Reserve to try on and pick-up in store, which I've used extensively before with another upmarket retailer. So helpful on a busy schedule or if you get overwhelmed by so much selection.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite stores downtown. Exceptional selection of menswear and also customer service. Elisha is awesome and helped me pick out the right shirt to go with my suit. He is patient, knowledgable, and made sure I was happy with my selection.

I recently went to Seattle and visited Marios. I had one of the best shopping experiences with my wife (and puppy!) and was assisted by Steven Marsac. He was extremely welcoming, patient and helpful in my shopping experience. The experience continued a week later when I arrived back in Canada but wanted to make additional purchases. Steven was able to coordinate between different stores to bring in the merchandise into the Seattle store and have it ready when I made the trip back the following week. Again, the experience was phenomenal. I highly recommend shopping here and even more, shopping with Steven! Thank you to the whole Marios team!

Sean is a phenomenal stylist. He’s an expert at what he does, gives the best recommendation, and best of all, he’ll work with your budget. He won’t pressure you to go over it. Everything was on time as promised, and it looked fantastic. He’s very responsive, and even accommodated my last minute adjustment request, after I placed my order. And shoutout to Lana for the amazing tailoring. Everyone else at the store seemed friendly, and the store has a wide variety of items. No complaints at all

Colleen and Joyce were so professional and knowledgeable about designers, fabrics, etc without making me feel intimidated. They helped me find an outfit for a black tie event that is stunning, yet comfortable. I hate to shop for clothes, and I hate to spend money on myself. Two problems that were quickly erased when surrounded by their selections and the friendly service. Thank you both. I will send photos.

When I had to ring the doorbell just enter, I knew I was out of my league. Nevertheless, if I know I’m going to wear it, I’ll buy it. The most I’ve ever spent on a jacket is 2G’s. These guys are at that level and beyond. The staff was very professional and helpful. A quiet cool is how I’d describe it. If you’re in the market for this kind of clothing, give it a look.

Mario's is one of the last great department stores left in the United States. My mom took me here years ago for a small item. I have come to learn over the years I really enjoy the customer experience along with the quality of the products. Would you buy 10 junkie shirts or one quality shirt that will last a very long time. Definitely I am a Mario's Man for life!

Absolutely love this place! Found the perfect little dress for my wedding and for the preparty in about 10 min back in 2019. Unique, high quality, curated clothing. Have been buying clothing here ever since. Excellent buyers and sales associates.

Walked in with a wedding group to get suits with no reservation and the staff immediately helped us and got us all fitted quickly and efficiently. Great experience
